Waiver:

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accompany you to sign a waiver for you on your first visit to The Flow Skatepark.

If they are unable to accompany you, then you may bring a notorized copy of the waiver with you instead. An online waiver can be downloaded Here.

You MUST bring a form identification with you each time you visit or you will not be permitted to ride.
