2008 AST Free Flow Tour Aug. 2 & 3

The Free Flow Tour is the Official Amateur Series of the AST Dew Tour. For the seventh consecutive year Free Flow will be searching the country's premier skateparks giving top ams the once in a lifetime chance to "Flow to Pro".

Our goal is to find top talent from across the country while giving skaters and bmx'ers of all abilities the opportunity to have fun while competing in a contest. Here's how it works. Free Flow will be throwing 16 BMX park, 4 BMX vert, 24 Skate park, and 5 Skate vert contests at parks all over the country this summer.

The skate contests are open to skaters 18 and under and the BMX contests are open riders 21 and under. The winner from each of these regional contests will win an all expense paid trip to the AST Dew Tour Toyota Challenge in Salt Lake City, UT to compete in the Free Flow Finals.

The winner of the Free Flow Finals will earn a wildcard spot to compete against the pros at the AST Dew Tour PlayStation Pro in Orlando, FL. We hope to see everyone at a Free Flow contest this summer, good luck!

The first one was so iNsAnE that we had to keep the fun rolling! You asked for it - version 2.0! Be here to Ride all night for $25 - Ride BMX, skate, and party with us from 11pm to 7am. BITTER COLD SHOWDOWN 2008 RESULTS>>

The Epic Roller Blade and Official Industry Trade Show has finally found its way to The Flow! Feb 22 & 23rd prepare to strap 'em on and throw down. All competitors must register for the event online. There is no limit on number of competitors. Novice competitors will be required to qualify Friday night during Bitter Cold Showdown Qualifications. Experienced competitors will be entered automatically into the Bitter Cold Showdown. When registering, competitors will be asked to request competitor type. 2007 DIRTY EAST BMX CONTEST RESULTS>>

The Dirty East BMX contest is November 3rd & 4th. Amateurs compete on the 3rd, Pros on the 4th - But be there for both days! Every year gets more insane in all the levels! To compete, cost is $30(AM's) & $60(PRO) - practice starts at 10AM and the comp starts at 2PM both days. There will be two age groups for AM's; 15 and under and 16+. This is a HUGE event with riders from EVERYWHERE, CA$H Pro Payouts, Big PRIZES both days, and a GREAT TIME for all - so don't miss it!
By the way, look for a BIG surprise from NIKE 6.0 - one of this years major sponsors!

2007 HELLAWEEN SK8 CONTEST

The 4th annual HeLLaWeEn SkAtE CONTEST will be October 27th here at the FLOW. Practice starts at 11AM and the contest starts at 3PM. There will be tons of CA$H and PRIZES up for grabs in all divisions. STUCK magazine is presenting the event, so this is sure to be a sweet comp. 2007 KING of the Rhythm

Is set for September 21st. Riders from all over will step up and throw down in the Flows immense rhythm section. Pick your lines on 4 different size boxes, 3 different size step-ups and 2 vert walls. Toss in an air in - air out berm, a spine, spine box, and some rollers and prepare to have your mind blown! Regular entry fee gets you in the door and registered for the Jam. Doors open at 4pm, comp starts at 7pm. Demo MirraCo Bikes and talk with team pro Dave Rytell. After the jam hang out and ride til 10pm! (Rest of the park still open to all during the event)
